We provide you with options for approval, after which we proceed with the procurement process to ensure compliance with storage requirements. Formulation Development (R&D)
The laboratories of our factories we work with employ a highly qualified and experienced team with a strong academic background in chemistry. Each formula created by experts undergoes rigorous internal testing, including comprehensive microbiological and stability analyses, ensuring that it meets the highest standards before we provide it to you.
Design
Team of expert designers creative solutions that align perfectly with your concept and products, bringing your vision to life. Once you have chosen the final design, our graphic specialists prepare and finalize all the necessary technical print files with precision and care.
Process
Once the products have passed the inspection, they are filled with the appropriate amount of contents. Once filled, the products are labeled with the necessary information, such as the product name, ingredients, instructions for use, and safety warnings. Once labeled, the products are packed in special boxes suitable for storage, transportation, or display.
Quality Control
From the receipt of components to the final product, our team of quality control experts meticulously monitors every stage, including receipt, processing, and final inspection. This ensures that each product meets our high-quality standards before proceeding to the next phase.
Shipment
Once the filling and packaging process is complete, the products are stored under appropriate conditions to maintain their quality. They are then shipped with care, ensuring they remain in perfect condition until they reach their distribution points.
